We’re having a little backyard gathering today (to celebrate our day off as much as our nation’s independence, if we’re being honest with ourselves), and I thought it only fitting to whip up some red, white and blue pies! I colored the dough with food coloring and the filling consists of strawberries, cream cheese and blueberries. Happy Fourth of July!
